Q. Is DIA Park Secure?
A. When you park your vehicle at DIA Park you can be assured we are doing everything possible to provide security for you and your vehicle.

• 100% Paved Lot.
  
• Enhanced Lighting. Light poles with double headed fixtures on each pole.
  
• Fenced Facility. We have an 8' high chain link fence with 3 strands of barb wire on top.
  
• State of the Art Digital Video Monitoring. We have the ability to monitor our facility both on site as well as off site through a series of cameras.
  
• Continuous Bus Roaming. Our buses constantly drive through our facility. Our drivers are vigilant and trained to look for any activities out of the ordinary.
  
• Instant Voice Communication. All of our buses are in constant contact with our dispatch office via Nextel® digital cell phones.
  
• Instant Visual Tracking. We have the only fleet of airport parking shuttle buses to be equipped with Compass Com® GPS. This means that we know exactly where our buses are. This means no waiting for you at the airport or at our lot.

Q. What are your rates?
A. Our posted rates are $7.75 for uncovered parking and $10.75 for covered parking. However, we have many ways for you to save! Visit our Rates page for our current internet reservation rates. Or, if you have and Albertson's or AAA membership card, you may use that for a discount at the payment gate. Note: Internet Reservation pricing, Alberson's or AAA discounts may not be combined or used in tandem.

Q. Where are you located?
A. Take interstate 70 to Airport Blvd. South exit. Go East on 32nd Ave. and there we are!

Q. Are you open 24 hours?
A. Yes, we are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Q. Where can I get a coupon?
A. Simply print the coupon on this website or ask your local travel agent.

Q. Do you have a Premier Park Program?
A. Yes, ask the cashier when you visit us, sign up and start saving immediately!

Q. Where do you drop off and pick up?
A. We drop off and pick up on level 5 of the Terminal Building.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YOUR RETURN PICK-UP
Please read and keep this information available for your return pick-up at the airport.
We are only authorized to pick up in two locations.
From the West side, Exit door # 506 and go to the North end of Lane 3.
From the East side, Exit door # 513 and go to the South end of Lane 3.
Look for the signs: “Off Airport Parking”

Q. Do you provide wheel chair accessible shuttle vehicles.
A. Yes, with 24 hour advance notice we provide this service. It is also necessary to schedule with our office your return time so we can arrange to have an accessible vehicle pick you up at the airport.

Q. What are the airport and local imposed taxes?
A. The airport imposes a one time $2.25 charge for access. In addition we are currently charging $2.50 fuel service charge. This amount can vary depending on the price of fuel for our shuttle busses.
